Copenhagen Business School invites applications for a Research Assistant with a focus on big data in finance, in particular transactional level data on individual finances, at the Department of Finance. The research assistant position is a 1 year(s) position. The expected starting date is earliest possible.

Teaching responsibilities of the Department comprise undergraduate and graduate teaching in Finance.

The position includes data cleaning, preparing summary statistics, and regression analyses.

Qualifications
The candidate should possess a Master degree, or equivalent qualifications and have a professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

The candidate should have experience in working with large transactional level data.

Terms of employment
Appointment and salary will be in accordance with the agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and AC (Danish Confederation of Professional Associations).

    The Recruitment Committee expects to shortlist minimum two applicants; when possible five or more applicants will be shortlisted. The shortlisted applicants will be assessed by the Assessment Committee. All applicants will be notified of their status in the recruitment process shortly after the application deadline.

    Applicants selected for assessment will be notified about the composition of the Assessment Committee and later in the process about the result of the assessment.

    Once the recruitment process is completed each applicant will be notified of the outcome of their application.
