Postdoc of physical geography

The Section of Geography is looking for a postdoc to fill a 24 month position within the field of glaciology for the AIR-project. The successful applicant should have experience with remote sensing of ice sheets and glaciers, and preferably have a research history within Antarctic glaciology. The postdoc’s duties will include research within physical geography and in particular remote sensing of the cryosphere as well as co-supervision of students at master and phd-level. The post may also include performance of other duties.

Terms of employment
The position is covered by the Memorandum on Job Structure for Academic Staff.
Terms of appointment and payment accord to the agreement between the Danish Ministry of Taxation and The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations on Academics in the State. 

Negotiation for salary supplement is possible.
