DTU Wind Energy is looking for a part time employee with strong IT skills in using web-based tools and data management skills to help us in projects that requires these skills.

The job
DTU Wind holds a large number of research softwares, many of which utilise web sites / web pages as a main management tool. The employee will support one or two software projects, using her/his IT skills in using web-based tools and data management. Your tasks include:

  • manage and clean the software license data
  • manage the software license server
  • issue licenses on the license server
  • data processing in the software order handling portal
  • manage the web shop of software

Our expectations of you
We expect the candidate has strong IT skills in using web-based tools and data cleaning, is good at Excel, is a good team player, and with good communication skills (fluent in English and Danish both oral and writing). The candidate also should have a strong interest in renewable energy in general.

Salary and appointment terms
You will be paid monthly in accordance with the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) or in accordance with the LC/CO10-collective agreement and the organizational agreement for IT Professionals (PROSA) or another relevant collective agreement affiliation.

Working hours are on average between 30-37 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is 1 September 2023 (or according to mutual agreement). 

The workplace is DTU Risø Campus (with partial flexibility of working from home due to COVID-19 policies).
