Entrepreneurship Education Developer at Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship

Are you passionate about entrepreneurship, and the potential of education and facilitation to empower students and academics to make an impact? Do you seek out innovative learning tools and theories and enjoy sharing knowledge?

Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) at Copenhagen Business School is searching for an Entrepreneurship Education Developer to deliver new educational programs and academic support as part of a strategy to enhance transformational entrepreneurship education services.

Working within the educational team, as Entrepreneurship Education Developer you will support the design, delivery and promotion of innovative learning experiences. Projects include supporting the award-winning startup internship program, facilitating and iterating learning labs, student outreach and class presentations, structuring content for micro-credentials, coordinating academic activities, in addition to researching, developing and testing new educational and entrepreneurial tools to support the entrepreneurial process.

You are:

  • Passionate about facilitating learning journeys through formal and informal educational environments
  • Experienced in events, programs and presentations
  • 2-5 years' experience in the entrepreneurship/education field.
  • A problem solver who works well independently and is energised operating in unusual or undefined problem spaces.
  • Naturally curious – about how things work, interdependent factors and creative processes.
  • A dynamo when it comes to software such as the Microsoft suite, adobe and emerging learning platforms.
  • Passionate about transformational learning and entrepreneurship and the capacity to make a greater impact in society.

Tasks will include

  • Supporting the delivery of educational programs, such as course delivery administration and the delivery of Internships with ECTS each semester.
  • Assisting in the formulation of content and event coordination including design thinking sprints, class presentations.
  • Developing, iterating and presenting educational experiences at CSE and in CBS classrooms
  • Stakeholder liaison with departments within CSE and CBS to communicate and enhance their work through educational tools.

What you should bring

The role requires you to have stellar communication skills, as you are often required to independently communicate and cooperate with various people. It also requires you to have good IT skills, and English language skills.

This is a full-time role situated at Frederiksberg.
