Associate Professor or Professor at the Department of Civil Law with the specialisation in Labour Law (part-time position 0,5)

The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University,

announces a competition for the part-time position of the Associate Professor or Professor

at the Department of Civil Law with the specialisation in Labour Law

Requirements:

for the position of an Associate Professor:

• completed Master's degree in Law at the Faculty of Law,

• achievement of academic rank:  Associate Professor (from the the Czech Republic),

• habilitation in Civil or Labour Law,

• interest in the field of Civil and Labour Law,

• teaching prerequisites and practical teaching experience

• prerequisites for an independent scientific research activity,

• ability to lecture and publish in Czech and English language, knowledge of German is an advantage,

• publishing activity in the field of Labour Law, submission of three major scientific publications from this field,  

• present a concept for research in the field of Labour Law and teaching of the Labour Law with the integration into the Framework of Private Law teaching

• moral integrity 

for the position of a Professor:

• completed Master's degree in Law at the Faculty of Law,

• achievement of academic rank: Professor (from the Czech Republic),

• appointed as a Professor in Civil or Labour Law,

• interest in the field Civil and Labour Law,

• teaching prerequisites and practical teaching experience

• prerequisites for an independent scientific research activities,

• ability o lecture and publish in Czech and English language, knowledge of German is an advantage,

• publishing activity in the field of Labour Law, submission of three major scientific publications from this field,  

• present a concept for research in the field of Labour Law and teaching of the Labour Law with the integration into the Framework of Private Law teaching

• moral integrity

The applications with a CV, a covering letter, copies of education certificates and publication aktivity in the field of Civil and Labour Law shall be sent by 4th December 2021 to the Personnel and Payroll department of the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, in the form of an e-application (see the Masaryk University website - Competitions and vacancies)
