The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University,

announces a competition for the fulltime position of the Assistant professor

of the Department of the History of the State and Law

Requirements

• completed Master's degree in Law at the Faculty of Law,

• achievement of scientific degree CSc., Dr., Ph.D.,

• teaching prerequisites and practical teaching experience,

• prerequisites for independent scientific research activities,

• ability to lecture and publish in Czech and English, knowledge of the German is an advantage,

• publishing activity in the field of modern legal history, submission of three major scientific publications,  

• expertise in modern legal history (especially the constitutionlal history, history of public administration or history of judiciary)  

• membership in important Czech or foreign organisations is an advantage,

• moral integrity 

The commencement: from January 1, 2022 or by agreement
