1vacant position for an Assistant/ Lecturer with the focus on pedagogy or andragogy at the Department of Pedagogy and Applied Disciplines (R1-R2)
Job description / Work duties: The applicant is expected to teach subjects in the field of general pedagogy and andragogy, supervise preparation of diploma and bachelor's theses, development of pedagogical, research and publishing activities and projects.

Qualification requirements: University education in the relevant field, or started or completed doctoral studies.

Expected start date: 1/2/2022

Place of employment: Faculty of Education, UJEP in Ústí and Labem

Description of work conditions / Career growth opportunities: We expect creative work, publishing activity, experience with project activities and pedagogical research, pedagogical practice in the field. PF UJEP supports career advancement stipulated in the Dean's Directive No. 4A / 2020. Career advancement is determined by the employee's own career plan, where PF UJEP provides opportunities to stimulate qualification growth in line with Article 11 of the above directive. Information on the selection procedure and selection criteria: The selection procedure shall take place in person (should the epidemic situation worsen, the Dean of PF UJEP reserves the right to change the selection procedure into an online or remote procedure). The applicant shall briefly present his / her current professional activities and outline his / her vision, if hired for the relevant position. The candidate selection procedure shall depend on his / her acquired academic degree, or possibly on his / her creative activities and based on the applicant's visions.
