Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic AI/ML Engineer & Researcher to join our team. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised ML techniques
• In-depth knowledge of ML frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras or PyTorch
• Good understanding of Statistics and Probability, Linear Algebra and Calculus concepts
• Familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop AI solutions
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with technical and non-technical staff
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant working experience
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) techniques
• Experience with Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe Research and Development (R&D) projects
• Basic Knowledge of Front-End framework (React, Angular, etc)
• Competency in basic software engineering tools (Jenkins, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka etc)
• Experience with Horizon 2020 / Horizon Europe proposal writing

Responsibilities:

• Creation, testing & implementation of ML, DL and RL models and Explainable AI (XAI)
• Collection, processing and interpretation of data
• Concept creation, architecture design, consolidation of technical specifications and employment of efficient and project-tailored ML solutions
• Creation and active involvement to scientific papers publication
• Communication with people of various technical backgrounds
• Creation and delivery of technical reports and deliverables
• Participation in technical meetings
• Staying up-to-date with the latest AI and ML technologies, tools, and trends
