University of Zagreb, Faculty of Teacher Education, Savska cesta 77, Zagreb, Croatia,

publishes a new recruitment announcement for three positions:

1. scientific-teaching position of Associate Professor in the interdisciplinary area of Sciences, scientific fields: interdisciplinary Humanities and Science of Art, for an indefinite time-period, full-time – 1 employee (m/f)  

2. scientific-teaching position of Associate Professor in the scientific area of Social Sciences, scientific field: Pedagogy (scientific branch: Early Childhood and Preschool Education), at the Location Department in Petrinja, for an indefinite time-period, full-time – 1 employee (m/f)  

3.teaching position of Lecturer, in the artistic interdisciplinary area of Sciences and Arts, artistic field: Pedagogy in Arts (artistic branch: Music Pedagogy), for an indefinite time-period, full-time - 2 employees (m/f)

Conditions

Apart from general conditions, candidates applying for this vacancy announcement are required to fulfil conditions as prescribed by the Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education (Official Gazette 119/2022).

Applications for employment positions must include:

- Application Letter

- Curriculum vitae (signed, maximum one text card);

- Certificate of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO) on the data recorded in the HZMO database, i.e. an electronic record;

- Copy of the diploma on completed studies and / or acquired academic degree;

- Decision on the recognition of a foreign educational qualification for those applicants who have acquired a qualification abroad;

- Presentation of scientific, teaching and professional activities;

- List of papers and separate papers relevant for the election and data on scientific, teaching and professional activities;

- Copy of the decision (certificate) on the previous election to the grade if elected;

- Proof of citizenship;

- for foreign citizens, proof of knowledge of the Croatian language according to the Common European Framework of Reference (B2 or C1)

- certificate on the institutional research of the teaching work quality, if available.

Deadline for the submission of application is within 30 days as of the publication of this vacancy announcement.

The applicants are informed that the employment contract refers to the work on all three location departments of the Faculty of Teacher Education of the University of Zagreb, i.e. in Zagreb, Cakovec and Petrinja. In case of employment a person might be obliged to work on any of the location departments of the Faculty of Teacher Education of the University of Zagreb or on more than one location.
