ANNOUNCES VACANCY
for filling the
1) title and position of assistant in Humanities, field Philology, branch Slavic Studies at the Department of West Slavic Studies, Polish Language section – 1 employee (m/f)
The applicants need to enclose:
- signed CV (maximum 1 page long)
- a certificate from the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO) containing information from their database on the applicant
- copy of a certificate proving the level of education required and/or the obtained academic title
- bibliography and a detailed presentation of scientific, teaching and professional activities, and offprints of articles
- a certificate stating that the applicant’s diploma acquired abroad has been approved by the Croatian authorities
- copy of a certificate proving any previous selection to an academic title
- copy of domovnica or certificate of citizenship; foreign citizens need to enclose a certificate of proficiency of the Croatian language (advanced level)
The documentation should be submitted in electronic form (CD).
Conditions : Applicants (m/f) are expected to meet the requirements prescribed by the Science and Higher Education Act (as published in Narodne novine 123/03, 198/03, 105/04, 174/04, 02/07, 46/07, 45/09, 63/11, 94/13, 139/13, 101/14, 60/15, 131/17).
Additional conditions for vacancy number 1):
- master’s degree in Polish language and literature (with emphasis on linguistics, in the top 10% of students in their generation)
- C2 level in Croatian language and C1 level in Polish language according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
- published papers and presentations at scientific conferences
