Candidates for the recruitment competition for the associate position of a Teaching assistant apply to the competition via Form No. 4. and are obliged to attach CV, original or certified copy of the diploma of completed university graduate studies or university integrated undergraduate and graduate studies, transcript of grades or supplementary study document, certificate of student success during studies issued by an authorized institution of higher education and the Consent. Form no. 4 and Consent are published on the website of the Department www.biologija.unios.hr .

Selection process

All candidates of the recruitmentcompetition who meet the formal conditions of the competition and who have attached all obligatory documentation to the competition application, must attend II. level of candidate selection, which includes a motivation test and an additional knowledge test before the expert committee, and the place and time of the event, as well as the content, method of testing and sources for testing knowledge, will be notified via the website of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, Department of Biology www.biologija.unios.hr .and e-mail, specified in the form, no later than five (5) days before II. level of candidate selection. Candidates who do not attend II. selection level will be considered to have withdrawn their application for the competition and will not be considered candidates for the competition.

People of both sexes can apply for the competition under equal conditions. Only a candidate who submits a complete application on time and fulfills the formal conditions of the competition will be considered a candidate registered for the competition. A complete application is considered to be an application that contains all the information and attachments listed in this recruitment competition and which is signed by the candidate who submitted the application to the recruitment competition.

Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.

All candidates of the recruitment competition will be informed about the results of the competition no later than fifteen (15) days after the candidate selection procedure has been carried out, through the website of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, Department of Biology www.biologija.unios.hr .

Applications with evidence of meeting recruitment competition conditions must be submitted within 30 days from the date of publication of the recruitment competition in the Official Gazette in electronic form to [email protected] with the indication: "Application for recruitment competition - Teaching assistant".

Additional comments

Candidates who, on the basis of special regulations of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and their family members (Official Gazette 121/17, 98/19 and 84/21), Article 48 of the Act on Civilian Victims of Homeland War (Official Gazette 84/21) and Article 48f. of the Law on the Protection of Military and Civil War Invalids (Official Gazette 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03, 148/13 and 98/19), Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20) claim the right of priority in employment are obliged to refer to that right in the recruitment application and to attach all the evidence prescribed by special regulations for exercising that right. The above-mentioned candidates have an advantage in employment compared to other applicants, only under equal conditions.
