4. Certificate of work on scientific research projects (project name, host institution, duration, principal investigator)

5. List of presentations held at scientific conferences

6. Electronic record of work experience by the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute

7. Proof of completed additional professional educations in data analysis

8. Proof of research stay at scientific institution outside the country of residence

9. Proof of excellent knowledge of Croatian and English language (certificate, diploma, published works in Croatian and English, etc.)

Skills/Qualifications

Conditions:

1. General conditions for establishing employment agreement

2. Conditions prescribed by the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (NN 119/22)

3. Earned doctoral degree in the scientific field of psychology (PhD)

4. Strong knowledge of the addiction psychology, especially behavioral addiction psychology

5. Strong knowledge of multivariate statistical analyses, including latent class analysis and structural equation modelling

6. Strong knowledge of intensive longitudinal data analyses, such as multilevel structural equation modelling

7. Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodology pertaining to addiction psychology research

8. Experience in conducting (intensive) longitudinal research, population-based studies, and qualitative research

9. Excellent computer skills, especially usage of statistical data processing programs Mplus and R

10. Excellent knowledge of the English language in speech and writing

11. Proof of excellent Croatian language proficiency

Additional conditions (advantage in employment):

1. Active participation in competitive scientific research projects

2. Published scientific and professional papers in the field of addiction psychology in journals indexed in national and international databases

3. Presentations at national and/or international scientific conferences

4. Additional education in the field of data analysis

5. Research stay at scientific institution outside the country of residence for at least two months
