2. Earned doctoral degree in the scientific field of education and rehabilitation sciences
3. List of scientific articles
4. Certificate of work on scientific research projects (project name, host institution, duration, principal investigator)
5. List of presentations held at scientific conferences
6. Electronic record of work experience by the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute
7. Proof of excellent knowledge of Croatian and English language (certificate, diploma, published works in Croatian and English, etc.)
8. Proof of completed additional professional educations

Skills/Qualifications
Conditions:
1. General conditions for establishing employment agreement
2. Conditions prescribed by the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (NN 119/22)
3. Earned doctoral degree in the scientific field of education and rehabilitation sciences (PhD)
4. Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodology, as well as the specifics of research in the field of child and youth well-being, parental behaviours, and the prevention of problematic behaviours, with an emphasis on addiction
5. Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis
6. Excellent computer skills, especially usage of statistical data processing programs
7. Experience in conducting longitudinal and qualitative research
8. Excellent knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
9. Proof of Croatian language proficiency
Additional conditions (advantage in employment):
1. Active participation in competitive scientific research projects
2. Published scientific articles in the field of child, youth, and family well-being, as well as problematic behaviours in journals indexed in national and international databases
3. Presentations at national and/or international scientific conferences
4. Additional education in the field of data processing
