Requirements:

General conditions for establishing employment

1. Conditions prescribed by the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (NN 119/22)

2. Earneddoctoral degree in the scientific field of psychology

3. Strong knowledge in the areas of social and political psychology, particularly theories and approaches related to intergroup relations, collective actions, political attitudes, and the role of personal dispositions in their explanation

4. Solid knowledge of survey methodology and complex quantitative data analysis procedures

5. Experience in working on international competitive scientific research projects

6. Excellent computer skills, especially in statistical data processing programs

7. Excellent knowledge of the English language in speech and writing

8. Ease of verbal expression in both oral and written form (in Croatian and English), public presentation skills, willingness to cooperate, organizational skills, high work ethic, willingness for teamwork.

Additional conditions (advantage in employment):

1. Published scientific and professional papers in journals indexed in national and international databases, especially scientific papers based on data from multiple countries in the field of social and political psychology

2. Experience in the preparation and organization of cross-national survey research and data processing of such research

3. Presentations at national and international scientific conferences

4. Additional education in the field of data processing and methodology of social research, especially survey experiments
