Skills/Qualifications
Conditions:
1. General conditions for entering into an employment relationship
2. Conditions prescribed by the Higher Education and Scientific Activity Act
3. Academic degree of a doctor of science in the scientific field of psychology (PhD)
4. Good knowledge of the psychology of individual differences
5. Good knowledge of the psychology of stress
6. Good knowledge of psychometrics, multivariate statistical analysis and quantitative research methodology in the field of psychology, with an emphasis on structural equation modelling methodology
7. Good knowledge of longitudinal research designs and methodology of analysing data obtained from such designs
8. Good knowledge of different modalities of intensive longitudinal research designs
9. Excellent knowledge of working with a computer, especially working with statistical data processing programs
10. Excellent knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
11. Eloquence in spoken and written form (in Croatian and English), public presentation skills, communication skills, teamwork, organizational skills, work habits
11. Experience working on competitive scientific research projects
12. Published scientific and professional papers in the fields of stress and individual differences research
13. Presentations at scientific conferences, with an emphasis on presentations on the topics of stress and individual differences
14. Proof of excellent Croatian language proficiency
