Conditions:

1. General conditions for entering into an employment relationship

2. Conditions prescribed by the Higher Education and Scientific Activity Act

3. Academic degree of a doctor of science in the scientific field of psychology (PhD)

4. Good knowledge of the psychology of parenting, and child and youth developmental psychology with an emphasis on psychological well-being and socio-emotional development in middle childhood and adolescence

5. Good knowledge of statistical analyses for longitudinal and multilevel data

6. Good knowledge of quantitative research methodology and specifics of research in the field of developmental psychology with data collected from various sources

7. Excellent knowledge of working with a computer, especially working with statistical data processing programs Mplus and R

8. Experience in conducting longitudinal research

9. Excellent knowledge of the English language in speech and writing

10. Eloquence in spoken and written form (in Croatian and English), public presentation skills, communication skills, teamwork, organizational skills, work habits

11. Experience working on competitive scientific research projects

12. Published scientific and professional papers in the field of child and parental well-being in journals indexed in national and international databases

13. Presentations at scientific conferences

14. Proof of Croatian language proficiency
