for title
1. One person (M/F) required for the position SENIOR ASSISTANT, for the scientific field of Technical Sciences, Electrical engineering, for work at the Department Automation and Electronics
The written application for the tender has to be accompanied by:
1. CV
2. copies of diplomas
3. list of published and relevant papers
4. occupational health’s certificate of working capability - required psychophysical characteristics
5. copy of the identification document
- Candidates must fulfil the conditions prescribed for associate positions prescribed by the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activities (Official Gazette 119/22)
- Probation is six months
- People of both sexes can apply for the tender under equal conditions. Terms that have a gender meaning apply equally to men and women.
- Candidates whose mother tongue is not Croatian must provide proof of knowledge of the Croatian language (level B2) according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Candidates who received their education outside the Republic of Croatia must submit a decision on the recognition of a foreign professional qualification.
- An applicant who enjoys the right to priority during employment according to special regulations, is obliged to refer to that right in the tender application and to attach all the necessary documentation prescribed by the special regulation, which proves his right to priority
- An applicant who enjoys the right of priority during employment according to the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and members of their families (Official Gazette 121/17, 98/19, 84/21, 156/23), is obliged to attach all the necessary documentation prescribed in the article 103 of the mentioned Act, the documentation of which is published on the website of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans https://bra-nitelji.gov.hr/ .

- A candidate who exercises the right to priority in employment under the Act on Civilian Victims of the Homeland War (Official Gazette 84/21), is obliged to submit all the necessary documentation provided for in Article 49 of the Act in question, according to the list on the link:

- By applying for the tender, applicants agree that the Faculty of Engineering, University of Rijeka, as the responsible party for the collection of personal data, can collect, use and further process data for the purpose of implementing the tender procedure in accordance with the regulations concerning the protection of personal data.
- Applications must be submitted no later than 30 days after the announcement of the tender in "Narodne novine".

- The Faculty reserves the right to conduct candidate testing, about which candidates who have submitted timely and complete tender applications will be notified afterwards.
- The Faculty reserves the right to cancel the tender and not select any candidate without a special explanation.
- Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
- Notification of the outcome of the tender procedure will be published after the tender procedure has been completed at: www.riteh.hr .
- All foreign nationality applicants must provide a proof of the Croatian language knowledge (level C2) in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
