SCIENTIFIC – TEACHING POSITION, FULL PROFESSOR, for an indefinite time, full time job

In the field of technical sciences, branch of chemical engineering at the Measurement and Automatic Process Management Department (one employee)

All candidates have to fulfill the conditions set by the Labour Law and submit the following: a CV, a copy of their diploma, proof of citizenship, a certificate proving there is no ongoing investigation or procedure due to any criminal offence (not older than 6 months).

Candidates that are applying for the scientific researcher – lecturer positions have to fulfill the conditions set by the Scientific Research and Higher Education Law, and along with their application they should submit a list of scientific, expert and other papers with the date of publishing stated, a portfolio of papers and a citation list, proof of fulfilling the conditions set by the Rectorate Council and references regarding their status as a researcher/lecturer of the college, the last decision regarding their status as a scientific researcher/lecturer and the report of the student surveys regarding their work as a professor and the college’s regulations on the “Election of candidates for scientific researchers/lecturers and the system of evaluation for the position of a Docent”.

Candidates who are foreign nationals have to submit proof of their fluency in Croatian at C2 level according to the Common European Framework regarding Languages and the certificate issued by the Scientific Research and Higher Education Agency stating their foreign diploma has been verified or proof that they have handed in their diploma for verification by the afore mentioned Agency.

Candidates that are entitled to a certain advantage according to the Law on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and members of their family in gaining employment (NN 121/17, 98/19, 84/21) are obliged to call upon their right by providing proof of their special status by which they obtain a certain advantage in comparison to the remaining candidates that are all treated equally in the hiring process.

The processing of personal data is necessary in the hiring process. The data will be held confidential until the end of the hiring process or until it is mandatory to do so by law.

The results of the process will be published on the official website of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology of the University of Zagreb (www.fkit.unizg.hr/natjecaji ).

Any complaints regarding the hiring process can be submitted in writing and sent by mail within 15 days of the official results having been stated on the official website of the aforementioned Faculty.

The application should be signed and sent to the below mentioned address in written form by mail within thirty (30) days since the publishing of the job openings in the official Narodne Novine newspaper.
