Offer Description

- employees in scientific positions perform scientific research work in accordance with the Institute's activities;

- publish the results of scientific research;

- participate in the implementation of cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture;

- they are working on the implementation of programmes, projects, expertise and other professional-diagnostic-analytical tasks from the activities of the Institute contracted on the market,

- perform other activities and activities related to the scientific and professional activities of the Institute at the request of the head of the laboratory, head of Department/Branch and Director.

Specific Requirements

Access to jobs should meet the general requirements laid down in the Labour Act (Official Gazette no. 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22), and:

– general requirements laid down in the Act on higher Education and Scientific activity (Official Gazette No. 119/22) and requirements laid down in the Ordinance on the procedure and conditions for appointments to scientific and collaborative posts of the Croatian veterinary Institute (http://www.veinst.hr/dokumenti/cat_view/87-dokumenti/96-ordinances ? start = 15);

 

The candidates must enclose with the application:

- CV, proof of citizenship, proof of academic degree of Doctor of Science, decision on appointment to scientific grades scientific associate in the required scientific field and field (if the gateway possesses it), list of published scientific and professional papers, certificate of quotation and indexation of papers in databases, and other proof of fulfilment of conditions in accordance with the Ordinance on procedure and conditions for appointment to scientific and associate posts of the Croatian veterinary Institute.
