Offer Description
Competition to choose: to the associate position of postdoctorand (senior assistant), for the field of work "Radiation science - Development of instrumentation and methods for the detection of ionizing radiation for the needs of medicine and radiological monitoring", for a temporary period of time, (2 executors) Mandatory selection conditions: completed university graduate studies in physics or electrical engineering or integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies in physics or electrical engineering, completed university doctoral studies (doctorate in science) in the field of physics or electrical engineering. Advantages: Propensity for experimental work, experience in the development of applied instrumentation (nuclear) for medical purposes, development of analog and digital electronics, development of FPGA-supported electronics, work with calibration devices, radiation dosimetry, Monte Carlo simulations of particle transport through matter, knowledge of C++ programming languages and Python. The tender application should contain: - curriculum vitae (general information, education information, education and academic degree); - proof of professional training and/or academic degree; - evidence according to additional criteria if applicable.
