Offer Description
We are offering a two-year contract. The selected candidate is expected to conduct research on the project „Theoretical Investigations at the Intersection of Philosophy of Psychology and Social Practices (TIPPS)“ funded by the Croatian Science Foundation (PI: Marko Jurjako, grant IP-2022-10) https://sway.cloud.microsoft/xtU0m67IbRR0LAiJ?ref=Link
- Preference will be given to applicants who, as part of the TIPPS project, will work towards achieving goal C4, which pertains to how the interface problem manifests in the philosophy of psychiatry and psychology, with an emphasis on implications for understanding the concept of medical disorder/disability. - Preference will be given to applicants capable of writing research papers in English and motivated to publish papers in leading international journals in the humanities and related interdisciplinary fields.

Skills/Qualifications
Candidates must meet the requirements of the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (Zakon o visokom obrazovanju i znanstvenoj djelatnosti, Narodne novine n. 119/22) and other legal acts that are based on it and are required to submit evidence of this.

Candidates are required to submit the following documents:
- a self-signed application,
- a CV,
- a copy of an identification document,
- a copy of doctoral degree certificate in Philosophy, or related disciplines relevant to the TIPPS project (https://sway.cloud.microsoft/xtU0m67IbRR0LAiJ?ref=Link )
- a description of scientific, teaching and professional experience with supporting documents,
- a brief description of how the candidate would contribute with their work to the TIPPS project,
- a writing sample of a research paper (published or unpublished).

Eligibility criteria
A successful applicant who has acquired a higher education qualification outside the Croatian Higher Education system must have a positive decision on the recognition of a foreign higher education qualification issued by the Agency for Science and Higher Education before starting employment:
