Announces JOB COMPETITIONS for the positions: "filling vacant systematized positions":

1) senior research associate in the field of Humanities, field: Ethnology and Anthropology - 1 executor

2) senior research associate in the field of Social Sciences, field: Sociology - 1 executor

3) senior research associate in the field of Social Sciences, field: Pedagogy - 1 executor

4) scientific adviser in the field of Humanities, field: Ethnology and Anthropology - 1 executor

5) scientific adviser in the field of Social Sciences, field: Sociology - 1 executor

6) scientific adviser in the field of Humanities, field: History - 1 executor

7) scientific adviser in the field of Interdisciplinary Sciences, field: History, Geography – 1 executor

8) senior assistant in the field of Social Sciences, field: Psychology - 1 executor

 

Along with the written and handwritten application for the competition from point 1) to point 7), applicants must meet the conditions prescribed by the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity and attach:

- CV,
- proof of the acquired academic degree of Doctor of Science,
- proof of meeting the conditions in accordance with the Ordinance on the conditions for selection into scientific professions,
- proof of meeting the conditions in accordance with the Rulebook on additional conditions for selection and re-selection to scientific, associate and professional positions at the Institute

Under point 1, priority will be given to applicants with a focus on scientific research into the identity and cultural heritage of Croatian ethnic and sub-ethnic communities and experience working on the publication of archival material.

Under point 2, preference will be given to applicants with a focus on project activity and scientific research related to the topics of Croatian emigration in South America.

Under point 3, priority will be given to applicants with a focus on project activity and scientific research in the field of educational policies and the European dimension of education.

Under point 4, preference will be given to applicants with a focus on scientific research on identity, stereotypes and island studies.

Under point 5, priority will be given to applicants with a focus on project activity and scientific research related to the topics of Croatian emigration and national minority communities.

Under point 6, priority will be given to applicants with a focus on project activity and scientific research related to the topics of national minorities and ethnic studies.

Under point 7, preference will be given to applicants with a focus on project activity and scientific research related to historical geography, cartography, demography and migration.

Under point 8, priority will be given to applicants with experience in researching quality of life and minority stress and activities in providing support to members of minority groups.

Along with the written and handwritten application for the competition under point 8), applicants must meet the conditions prescribed by the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activities and attach:

- CV,
- proof of the acquired academic degree of Doctor of Science,
- proof of additional conditions according to the Rulebook on additional conditions for selection and re-selection to scientific, associate and professional positions at the Institute.
