FULL PROFESSOR, a scientific teaching position, for an unlimited time, full time job

In the field of technical sciences, branch of chemical engineering, in the Polymer Engineering and Organic Chemistry Technology Department (one employee)

The candidates have to fulfil the conditions regulated by the Labour Law and the Scientific Research and Higher Education Law. They should include the following along with their application: a CV, a copy of their diploma, proof of their citizenship (birth certificate or other document proving their citizenship), proof that they are not under investigation or are not being prosecuted by providing a certificate not older than 6 months, a bibliography, a list of scientific publications, a list of scientific, expert and other papers with the dates when they were published, a portfolio of papers and the citation of their papers, proof that they have met the conditions requested by the Rector’s Council, the results of the student surveys on their work as a professor and the most recent status report of their tenure as a University professor.

Foreign nationals have to submit proof of their oral and written fluency at C2 level in the Croatian language according to the Common European Framework for Languages and the nostrification of their foreign diploma verified by the Sciences and Higher Education Agency or a certificate proving they submitted their diploma to the Agency for verification.

Applicants that are entitled to an advantage in the hiring process in comparison to the other candidates, according to the Croatian Homeland War Veterans and members of their family Law (NN 121/17 and 98/19, articles. 102. and 103.), are obliged to state that they are entitled to this special status and provide proof so that they are granted an advantage in comparison to the remaining candidates that are all treated equally.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the application during the hiring process. The personal data will be held confidential until the end of the hiring process, or until it is required to do so by law.

The results of the hiring process will be announced on the official website of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb. (www.fkit.unizg.hr/natjecaji ).

Complaints in regard to the results of the hiring process can be submitted in written form by mail within 15 days of the official announcement having been published on the official website of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology.

The signed application by the candidate is to be sent to the below mentioned address in written form by mail, within 30 days since the announcement is published in the “Narodne Novine” newspaper.
