Application Requirements: 1. not more than 40 years old (born after 01/01/1981);

2. The applicant should have a doctorate degree and do a formal teaching or research position in a well-known university, scientific research institution or the R & D department of a famous enterprise. The research of the applicant should at least at the same level with the associate professor/associate researcher in Nankai University. The applicant should subject to the regulations in terms of recruitment of Nankai University.

3. The applicant should have the potential for academic development and independent innovation ability. In addition to the above, the applicant should have already engaged in a basic research and proposed a research direction based on field frontiers.

4. Our program lasts for five years, with a mid-term assessment in the fourth year.
