Position Summary:

Technical Specialist-Martlet Basketball

Primary Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Assistant Coach for McGill Martlet basketball will assist the Head Coach with duties related to the administration, training, and competing of the women's basketball program.

Duties:

  • Assist the full-time staff with administrative tasks.
  • Compile statistics and produce reports.
  • Assist in practices with individual skill development.
  • Assist with recruiting prospective student athletes.
  • Assist with game competition and scouting.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

  • 3 years coaching experience at the post-secondary Level
  • Playing experience at the University level considered an asset
