Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Rowing Head Coach, the technical specialist will be expected to assist the head coach in the implementation of performance and development initiatives that will help ensure the success of the rowing student-athletes. Expected to assist head coach with other related functions.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the rowing team equipment and rowboats.
  • Prepare rowboats prior to practices and regattas/races.
  • Record activities and keep track of statistics during regattas and/or races.
  • Analyze data to identify trends in regattas, tournaments, players and teams and report findings back to head coach.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

  • Solid knowledge of the rowing sport including skills, tactics and techniques.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications required


Minimum Education and Experience:


High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience


Hourly Salary:


(AMUSE C) $15.82
