Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Baseball - Head Coach, the technical specialist will be expected to assist the head coach in the implementation of performance and development initiatives that will help ensure the success of the baseball student-athletes. Expected to assist head coach with other related functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and distribute on-field team equipment.
• Prepare practice and game equipment ahead of start times.
• Record activities and keep track of statistics during tournaments and games.
• Analyze data to identify trends in games, tournaments, players and teams and report information back to head coach

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

• Solid knowledge of baseball sport including skills, tactics, and techniques
• CPR and First Aid certifications required

Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience

Hourly Salary:

(AMUSE C) $15.82
