Duties: In the appointment of Teaching Assistant, your general duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Marking
  • Student consulting
  • Invigilating
  • Conferring with the instructor in charge as required by the assignment
  • You will report to the course instructor, Dr. Carleigh Brady.

Qualifications (Skills and Abilities)

  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a writing-intensive course is considered an asset.
  • Must be registered in a graduate program at the University of Saskatchewan / STM College.
  • Note: you may be required to complete a brief written communication proficiency test to evaluate your English-language writing skills.
