This posting is for one unionized contractual appointments. A Teaching Assistant is a Graduate Student employed to assist the Course Supervisor as a Teaching Assistant in a classroom environment. Position Summary:
This requisition is for one position, at 45 hours, in the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology. Effective dates of appointment are January 1 to April 27, 2024. Course dates January 1 to April 12, 2022.

Responsibilities may include:

• Marking

• Preparing class materials

• Leading discussion group

• Assisting students' learning

• Attending lectures is required (Tuesdays from 6:05PM to 8:55PM)

Qualifications:

• Background in Educational Psychology

• Background in the subject matter of the course

• Background in Education for Teacher-Education courses

• Experience using MyCourses for course management

• Knowledge of French may be required
