The Future Student websites and the SEARS Office are the main points of contact for reliable information, support and advice on a wide range of topics. As a Student Information Clerk, you will help future students navigate our processes by helping to implement a chatbot that answers questions about all areas of the ULethbridge experience.

You will add the information to the chatbot, test its accuracy and get approvals from relevant subject experts. Added tasks may include processing data entry, supporting other units in the SEARS Office and other duties as assigned.
