Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with adult and student research participants. Ability to effectively gather data through focus groups, interviews and participatory research methods. Ability to analyze qualitative data. PhD in progress. Knowledge of how gender impacts leadership and educational change. Pre-K to graduation school experience as a teacher or administrator.
