Primary Duties:
Assisting the implementation and maintenance of ongoing clinical trials:

  • Recruiting and screening potential study participants
  • Schedule participant’s visits, confirm their appointments and follow up on their ClinCard payment
  • Preparing study material and supplies, in accordance with the Study Protocols and Manual of Procedures
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance with institutional and national guidelines and contribute to site verification visit s(checklist) 
  • Administrating questionnaires,
  • Collecting, Reviewing and Uploading study data on the dedicated secured online portals
  • Maintaining study files and databases,
  • Communicating with Principal Investigators, Research Coordinator, Study sponsors, Institutional Review Boards
  • Attending virtual research meetings

Education & Experience:

  • Master of Science in relevant field, such as biology or health sciences
  • Knowledge of clinical research methods and regulations
  • Previous experience in clinical research is preferred but not required.

Other Qualifying Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent organization and communication skills, in both English and French language.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and management
