Primary Duties:
Assisting the implementation and maintenance of ongoing clinical trials:
- Recruiting and screening potential study participants
- Schedule participant’s visits, confirm their appointments and follow up on their ClinCard payment
- Preparing study material and supplies, in accordance with the Study Protocols and Manual of Procedures
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with institutional and national guidelines and contribute to site verification visit s(checklist)
- Administrating questionnaires,
- Collecting, Reviewing and Uploading study data on the dedicated secured online portals
- Maintaining study files and databases,
- Communicating with Principal Investigators, Research Coordinator, Study sponsors, Institutional Review Boards
- Attending virtual research meetings
Education & Experience:
- Master of Science in relevant field, such as biology or health sciences
- Knowledge of clinical research methods and regulations
- Previous experience in clinical research is preferred but not required.
Other Qualifying Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent organization and communication skills, in both English and French language.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and management
