This position is a casual position that will coordinate all activities related to hosting the 2023 ROCA case competition, including:

• Overall project management of the competition preparations
• Overall communications:
- Competition website
- Social media
• Coordination of team onsite participation in the competition: accommodation, meals, transportation, extra curricular activities,
- Scheduling
- Competitors
- Communications
- Merchandise
- Scheduling
- Ambassadors
• Judges
- Recruitment
- Training
- Communications
- Gifts
•Competition
- Command centre
- Medals
- Tech support
• Content Distribution for competition etc.
• Coordination of volunteers and any staff/students brought on for tech support
• Help to coordinate broadcasts, confirm space, technology (hardware + software) and any other equipment needs
• Coordinating weekly meetings with stakeholders both internally and with partner institution Rotterdam
• Other duties as required

The above is normally acquired through the completion of:
• Three year diploma or undergraduate university degree
• Between 6 months and 2 years of related experience

This position is regularly required to work on campus. Due to the ongoing dynamic nature of Covid-19, you may be required to work temporarily remotely due to public health requirements.
