Responsabilités :
Sous l’autorité conjointe du Doyen de la Faculté Saint-Jean etde la Directrice du Centre collégial de l’Alberta le ou la professeur(e)-enseignant(e) de cours doivent :
L'enseignement et les activités liées à l'enseignement facilitent l'apprentissage des étudiants et leur progression dans leur programme de diplôme. Ces activités se déroulent dans le cadre des offres d'enseignement à crédit de la faculté et peuvent inclure, sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants :
Profil recherché :
- Posséder une maîtrise dans une discipline appropriée au poste choisi. Les personnes détenant un baccalauréat en plus d’une expérience de travail significative dans la discipline proposée pourraient également être considérées ;
- Présenter un excellent dossier d'enseignement (évaluation des cours) ;
- Posséder une excellente maîtrise de la langue française ;
- Cumuler, au minimum, deux année d'expérience en enseignement au niveau collégial et/ou universitaire ;
- Posséder une connaissance suffisante de l’anglais pour comprendre les ententes, les politiques et les procédures de l’université de l’Alberta.

Campus Saint-Jean of the University of Alberta invites applications for part-time teaching-professor positions to teach at the College level (Centre collegial de l’Alberta). The contract begins September 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2022 for the Fall. Each contract will be for a maximum period of 4 months. Salary will be determined in accordance with the Academic Teaching Staff Agreement at the University of Alberta.

Responsibilities:
Reporting jointly to the Dean of Faculty Saint-Jean and the Director of the Centre collégial de l’Alberta, the teaching-professor must:
Teaching and teaching-related activities facilitate students learning and progress through their degree program. These activities occur in credit educational offerings in the Faculty and may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Qualifications:
- Master Degree in an appropriate discipline for the position selected; a Bachelor with a combinations of education and related experience will be considered;
- Demonstrated practical teaching experience at the college, undergraduate or graduate level; with an excellent teaching record is required;
- Mastery of the French language;
- Have sufficient knowledge of English to understand the agreements, policies and procedures of the University of Alberta.
