Course Description: An introduction to agency or mandate, partnership and co-operatives. The
nature of corporate personality; the two systems of incorporation; constitutional problems; the raising and maintenance of a company's capital; the organs of the company; and protection of investors and minority shareholders.
TQR: At a minimum, a first degree in law. Several years of significant practice or professional experience, in the relevant area; Experience in teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual setting
