Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
The Part-Time Academic will be responsible for the delivery of Differential & Integral Calculus I (MATH 1000.03) in the summer term of 2024. The contract dates for teaching/delivery are from May 1 to August 31.
The topics to be covered in the course are available from the Department Chair. Course descriptions are provided in the Undergraduate Calendar published online ( https://academiccalendar.dal.ca ) by the Registrar’s Office, Dalhousie University.

Qualifications/Requirements of Position
A combination of M.Sc. degree in Mathematics or Statistics and previous teaching experience is required. Completion of a PhD or PhD in progress is considered an asset. Experience with course delivery in an online environment is also an asset. The successful applicant must have demonstrated knowledge of the subject matter.
