Hiring Unit:
Experimental Medicine
Position Summary:

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, provide assistance in Experimental Medicine with the following items:

- Data entry: with recent redesign of Departmental Database, some of information will need to be manually entered into the new database.

- With upcoming name change to the unit, there will be many administrative work need to facilitate this change, such as updating name of 280+ individual web pages), changing the letterhead of all area template letters.

-Other duties as required, at the Office Assistant B level.


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Professional and Collaborative, Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, knowledge of Excel, Word.


Minimum Education and Experience:


High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience


Hourly Salary:


(AMUSE B) $16.00
