The incumbent will be under the direction of the immediate supervisor, Dr. Paul Giacomini.

The incumbent's primary responsibility is the extraction of clinical data from OACIS for importing into the CBIGR database as part of the DEMYSTIFI project.

 

Typical Functions:

1. Collects clinical data from OACIS and organize it in a standardized format for insertion into established inventory databases

2. Interacts with MS clinical coordinator to identify and track subjects

3. Interacts with database developer to insert collected data into CBIGR

4 Maintains shared spreadsheets of data collected

5. Meet with supervisor regularly to review work
