Lab Helper B - Bouchard

Rosalind and Morris Goodman Cancer Institute

Position Summary:

• Dissecting, mounting, cutting and staining samples obtained from complex genetic crosses of mice. Imaging samples using advanced microscopy such as confocal or Axioscan imaging.
• Quantifying results by image analysis on appropriate computer programs (ImageG).
• Generate graphical representations of results.
• The candidate will help a graduate student in the preparation, characterization, quantification, analysis and graphical representation of results from experimental samples.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

• Applicants must be motivated, focused and pay attention to details.
• Understanding of basic of immunostaining, imaging and lab safety is required.
• Previous experience with immunostaining, imaging and image analysis would be an advantage.
• U3 or higher

$15.00
