Your opportunity:

Under the general supervision of the Associate Chair, Undergraduate and the Undergraduate Administrator and in consultation with faculty and lecturers, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support for students and the Faculty and Lecturers in the Department of Mathematics. The incumbent will coordinate the academic integrity issues for the large courses, schedule TAs for large courses, keep a calendar of administrative deadlines, as well as prompt course coordinators when deadlines are approaching. The incumbent will also manage sick notes and accommodation requests for all large courses.
