Field Operations Lead C

Hiring Unit: Macdonald Campus Farm/Horticulture Centre

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Chief Horticulture Technician, the candidate performs general farm duties including acting as lead hand for casual staff working on vegetable production (seeding, transplanting, field maintenance and harvesting). Be familiar with growing vegetables and fruits in tunnels, greenhouses and field.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

Previous work in horticulture an asset

Have a valid driver’s

Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience

Hourly Salary:

(AMUSE C) $18.00

35 (Part time)
