Description: 

At least twelve plays, including works by Dryden, Wycherley, Congreve, Behn, and their successors, chosen to demonstrate the modes of drama practised during the period, the relationship between these modes, and the connection between the plays and the theatres for which they were designed.

Salary 

SL I - $16,979.33 per full course 

SL I long term - $17,738.50 per full course 

SL2 - $18,171.15 per full course 

SL3 - $18,603.79 per full course 

Duties: All normal duties related to the design and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content; development, admin. and marking of assignments, tests and exams; calculation and submission of grades; holding regular office hours; supervising any TAs assigned to course, if applicable. 

Minimum Qualifications: PhD in English with specialization in and/or experience teaching drama at the university level; strong academic record, demonstrated teaching ability, evidence of currency in literary period and/or subject matter.
