Your opportunity:

Under the direction of the Associate Director, Advancement Innis College, the Development Officer (DO) is involved in the development and delivery of various advancement activities at Innis College. Working closely with the Associate Director, the incumbent is responsible for the annual and leadership-annual fund gift campaigns, from identification through to solicitation and stewardship. This position will be a strategic point of contact for a portfolio of LAG prospects, as well as planned gift prospects, where appropriate. Sustaining and deepening prospective and current donors’ interest and commitment to the College, the DO will also develop and implement donor stewardship functions, drafting correspondence, communications materials and other advancement materials for LAG/Annual and planned gift work; leading advancement related senior member/alumni activities; and providing high-level administrative support in the form of record keeping and data collection for Innis Advancement. The Development Officer collaborateswith various Innis College departments and stakeholders and the Division of University Advancement (DUA), as required.
