Department of Geography (Professor Raja Sengupta)

Position Summary:

• Analyze historical texts to redraw boundary polygons to represent changes in administrative boundaries for the Western Han period of Chinese history;
•  Redraw boundaries on the interpretations inferred from historical documents;

Qualifications:

Completion of at least intermediate level GIS coursework. Experience and education: Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree with a minor in GIS. Demonstrated knowledge of ArcGIS and History through coursework will be preferred.
