Hiring Unit:

Facilities Management and Ancillary Services (Facilities Management – Powerhouse)

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the HVAC Supervisor, Zone West – the Building Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of heating, refrigeration and other building engineering equipment assigned under his care.

Qualifications:

Must possess valid certificates of Fourth Class Stationary Engineering along with a class “B” (Refrigeration Equipment Operations). English and French functional spoken and read. English or French functional written.

Additional Details:

Unit: HVAC

Premium: Certification (0.60$/hour)

Status: Full Time

Hours of Work: 38.75 hrs/week, day shift from 7:30 am to 3:45 pm; the incumbent will be required to serve on a call-in list. A meal time period of thirty (30) minutes is unpaid.
