Field work from August 5 2023 to August 20th 2023.
Position Summary:

- Coordinate with course coordinator with regards to travel with students and safety protocols

- Coordinate with instructor over course activities, logistics, safety protocols, and grading

- Coordinate with host institution (Huntsman Marine Science Centre) over course schedule, logistics, and safety protocols

- Aid delivery of course content

- Aid students with lectures, field trips and assignments

- Adhere to all McGill and Huntsman Marine Science Centre protocols with regard to course delivery and safety protocols

- Provide support to any student requiring unexpected medical care


Qualifications:

- Knowledge of biology, anatomy, and behaviour of mammals (specifically marine mammals, humans, and dogs would be an asset)

- Proficient at Microsoft Word (including Track Changes) and Excel

- Any time spent on a vessel would be an asset

- Previous TA experience, or experience with other field courses, would be an assetenter qualifications here
