Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, the assistant supervisor will participate in the management of intramural sports leagues which includes but is not limited to monitoring nightly intramural activities and directly supervising AMUSE Sports Officials.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct staff orientation and training clinics
  • Review and suggest edits for rule books and documents
  • Assist with league schedule creation
  • Assist with maintenance of league management platform/website
  • Schedule AMUSE "Intramural Sports General Official"
  • Attend all staff meetings
  • Monitor nightly intramural activities
  • Supply end of the season report
  • Supervise between 10-30 Intramural Sport Official amuse positions. Participate in hiring, training, tracking attendance and evaluate performance. 


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

  • Referee certification and/or sport experienced required.
  • Experience supervising staff.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with participants.
  • Knowledge of French and English. McGill University is an English-language university where day-to-day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing

DEC III 3 Years Related Experience /


Annual Salary:


(MPEX Grade 02) $53,940.00 - $63,460.00 - $72,980.00
