DUTIES

The Department of Management, International Business, Info and Supply Chain in the Gaglardi School of Business and Economics, Thompson Rivers University, invites applications for several courses within our department.

The successful candidate will teach BUSN 6050 , Supply Chain Management, during the Summer 2024 semester.

 

All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus. 

 

Important Dates:
Classes: May 6, 2024 to Jun 21, 2024 (SS1) /June 24, 2024 to Aug 9, 2024 (SS2)
Exam period for summer courses in included in the term
Final Grades Due: June 28, 2024 (SS1) / Aug 16, 2024 (SS2)


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Master's in a Supply Chain-related area 
    • or MBA with significant coursework in Supply Chain Management 
    • or MBA with significant teaching or professional experience in Supply Chain Management/Operations Management
  • Teaching experience in supply chain management, or related work experience
  • Demonstrates knowledge of current topics of interest in business and supply chain management

 

Preferred

  • Strong teaching, with evidence from student evaluations
  • Moodle Learning Management System and MS Office experience
