OFFER DESCRIPTION
The Medical University – Varna, Bulgaria, is looking for a Post-Doctoral fellow (R2) to join the research team of Dr. Manlio Vinciguerra at the Research Institute of MU-Varna (RIMUV) as a team member of the project: Circulating Histone Proteins as Biomarkers of Disease (CHiP-BiD). The position is funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of Bulgaria under the National Scientific Programme “Excellent Research and People for the Development of European Science” 2021 (VIHREN) of the Bulgarian National Science Fund.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Working in close collaboration with the CHiP-BiD principal investigator, the applicant will participate in research activities involving selection and staging of cardiovascular patients as well as blood sampling of these patients (including all ethical steps associated with sample acquisition).
