YOUR TASKS

 

In the framework of a VLAIO funded research project you will develop an automated clustering method for analyzing digital PCR experiments. For this purpose, you are expected to develop a data analysis pipeline on the basis of existing datasets and new datasets which you will be generating on the digital PCR systems available at the research group.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • You hold a thesis-based doctorate in the field of biological sciences, biomedical sciences, Medical health sciences, Veterinary sciences or similar
  • You have experience in the establishment of data analysis pipelines
  • You have experience with (digitale)PCR and flow cytometry

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

 

We offer you a part-time contract (50%) of definite duration for the period from 1 October 2023 to 31 May 2024.
 Your contract will start on 1/10/2023 at the earliest.
Your remuneration will be determined by salary scale WM1 to WM4 (if you hold a Master’s degree) or salary scale PD1 to PD4 (if you hold a doctorate).  Click here for more information about our salary scales.
